At Jefferson Elementary, our music program is built around the Orff, Kodály, and Dalcroze teaching methods/approaches, which use fun and creative ways to help children learn about music and movement. We believe every student should have the chance to experience the joy of music and movement, inspiring a lifelong love and appreciation for music. Performing music is an important part of our program, and we offer a variety of opportunities for students to showcase their skills and confidence. Whether students become musicians or simply enjoy music in their daily lives, our goal is to help them connect with music in meaningful ways now and in the future.
